Using this site

This website lets you browse products and place an order for home delivery or courier delivery. By placing an order, you're asking us to supply the products in your order, on the terms set out here and in our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages.

Orders

Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve stock — an order is only confirmed once our team has been in touch to confirm the details. We reserve the right to adjust or decline an order (for example, if an item turns out to be unavailable) before it's confirmed.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We try to keep prices accurate and up to date, but if a pricing error is discovered before your order is confirmed, we'll contact you with the correct price before proceeding.

Payment

All orders are paid cash on delivery. There is currently no online payment on this site.

We aim for product descriptions, images, and prices to be accurate, but occasional errors can happen. If you have a specific question about a product — including ingredients or allergens — please contact us before ordering.
