How delivery works

Every order is paid cash on delivery — there's no online payment on this site. Once you place an order, our team gets in touch to confirm the details before it's packed and sent out.

Delivery in Den Haag

Orders delivered within Den Haag typically arrive within 2–4 days of being confirmed. Payment is collected in cash when your order is handed to you.

Delivery outside Den Haag

For addresses outside Den Haag, orders go out by courier. Our team will contact you first to confirm the order and payment details — once that's agreed, we pack the order and send it on by courier.

Courier delivery is charged at €9.99 for a package of up to 23kg, and €14.99 for a package of up to 30kg. Larger orders are split across multiple packages, each charged at the applicable rate above. These are our delivery partner's own fees and can change from time to time — if a change affects your order, we'll let you know using the contact number you gave us when you placed it.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver across Den Haag and the surrounding area in Zuid-Holland, with courier delivery available further afield within the Netherlands. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, contact us before placing an order and we'll confirm.
